Nestled in the Eastern Sierra mountains, this condo provides fabulous views of Mammoth Rock, Mammoth Mountain and the Sherwin mountain range. Right off the back patio, you have access to a babbling creek that separates the condo from public walking trails on the other side. Also, across the parking lot is a private access jacuzzi pool and dry sauna.
Mammoth Lakes is a year-round resort offering summer activities such as mountain biking, hiking, golf and fishing and winter activities such as snow shoeing, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing and snowboarding.
Inside, this condo can sleep up to eight people, four people in the loft, and two people in each downstairs bedroom. There are two bathrooms in the condo, one private bathroom in the master bedroom and one bathroom shared between the guest bedroom and the loft. Below the loft, on the second floor, is the main floor of the condo, containing the kitchen, a breakfast nook, an open dining area and the living room with attached rear balcony and a wood burning fireplace that provides excellent heat to the condo.
